As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, it is my responsibility to address the underlying causes of disease and chronic illness. Mainstream medicine neglects nutrition as our primary source of medicine which is the most abundant and natural form of medicine available. In almost all cases, nutrient deficiencies, longstanding elevated levels of cortisol, inflammation, PH imbalance, oxidative stress, toxic exposure, compromised mitochondrial function, microbe imbalance and most importantly intestinal permeability are the culprits to such illnesses. By focusing on a client/patient to practitioner relationship, I can develop an individualized protocol specifically catered to treat imbalances which may be the root cause of the specific condition each client/patient has.
The objective is to treat the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. By treating each client/patient with specific micronutrients, re-establish healthy gut flora, support nutrient absorption through healthy digestion and suggest exercise to improve physical composition while decreasing stress. We dramatically improve the individual's symptoms and main health concerns. As a result; blood sugar begins to become balanced, toxins eliminated, cravings are curbed, stress reduces, weight loss occurs (or in some cases healthy weight gain) and a strong grasp on self-awareness and overall health is achieved.
My goal is to educate each and every single client/patient that comes to my care through one-on-one consulting, cooking classes, online programs, education and motivation.
I wish to spread the message that wholesome foods are the number one source of fuel for our bodies, in addition to our most abundant form of natural medicine.
